The class is a hands-on approach to cross-examination where you will learn how to attack and discredit an expert witness both substantively and through collateral attack. There are tried and true methods will be taught including:

-Dealing with the professional Courtroom testifier
-Properly expose a lie, so the jury Knows it’s a Lie, and not a mistake
-Exposing attempt by the Expert to minimize the injuries suffered by your client
-Proving that the witness is minimizing, modifying and exaggerating crucial parts of your case
-Turning the best answers on cross into powerful and winning arguments on summation
-Setting the witness up and knocking the witness down
