This SUPER FUN, fast-paced, action-packed, "learn by doing" program uses 3-6 minute “fun-on-your-feet” drills to dissect, simplify and sharpen your presentations. You will be practicing mini openings and voir dire with carefully selected drills and exercises derived from Sarah’s 8 years as a NITA (National Institute of Trial Advocacy) trial skills faculty instructor, 10 years Trial Lawyers College graduate, collaborations with the best trial lawyers and consultants in the country, and personal trial successes. Whether guru or beginner, you will leave with valuable tools to add to your quiver and a fundamental new understanding of your case.

• Case Framing
• Jury Connection & Empowerment
• Brutal Honesty
• Big money, bias, burden of proof, caps, lawsuits, exaggerating, pre-existing conditions, sympathy … and more
• Walking jurors off for cause / Cause challenges buzz words
• Selecting your good jurors/ Pre-habbing Pro-Plaintiff jurors
• Owning bad facts without sponsoring them
• The line between pre-conditioning and discovering biases
• Sequencing the Case & Jury Selection
• Leaders v. Followers

There will be a minimum of three Zoom prep sessions. Participants will workshop their own case but have an option to use a provided fact pattern.
