From a young age working in his parents’ ice cream shop, to selling shoes at a local Milwaukee shoe store, to selling his cases to juries, Al Foeckler has always had the ability to sell. Like it or not, everything we do in trial is a form of selling – you’re selling yourself, your client, and your client’s story. Al will discuss the art and science of selling and how it applies to trial work. Al’s methods are not about building rapport or using slick selling techniques. Rather the greatest sellers/trial lawyers on the planet are not successful because of what they do, they're successful because of what they think. Being a good person and a good salesperson/trial lawyer are not mutually exclusive. Al’s methods will change the way you think about selling/trying cases and the way you think about yourself.
