This hands-on workshop for plaintiffs’ lawyers will focus on learning, practicing and improving voir dire skills to help identify juror biases and uncovering hidden juror attitudes. We’ll cover crafting powerful questions that encourage honest responses, creating challenges for cause and using group dynamics to help secure a favorable jury. This is designed for the “average” personal injury case or those cases where the judge will allow 30 minutes or less for voir dire.
