Case 2 – parking lot T-bone collision. Pre-existing workers' comp injury with over a year off work. One injection, followed by a 3-level cervical fusion in a conservative venue. Medical bills were non-suited and cases tried on human damages only. 150k best offer - Jury came back with 7 figures.

Case 3 – low-speed rear-end collision. Over a month before the first treatment date, and shoulder surgery. Clients then developed mild CRPS, to an extent CRPS can ever be mild. Contested liability. 50k offer – Jury awarded 400k, but with 60% liability on the client we took second place.
