4. A great settlement if the defense attorney believes your client
5. Persuasive/ Great trial testimony
   1. Transports the jury on direct
   2. Impenetrable on Cross

Giorgio will teach you how to transport your witnesses into the story (just like Scotty in Star Trek) so that your jury doesn’t just hear your story, but they experience it.

Then each student will take turns practicing direct examination.
