Black Hat Justice Opening Statement
Al Foeckler will walk you through the art and science behind the Opening Statement he gave that set the stage for a $15 million verdict last year in a very conservative venue. Al will demonstrate a portion of the opening he gave in that case, discuss how to effectively identify and discuss the “black hat” of the case in the opening statement, and discuss the science behind stating the value of the case in the Opening Statement.
