& The Aviation Case

$100 million - highest non-confidential settlement in u.s. history

Maximizing Damages & The Aviation Case W/ Andrew Robb & Brittany Robb At TLU Huntington Beach Conference (June 4th 2025)

Huntington Beach, California (Paséa Hotel & Spa) June 4th, 2025

In recent years, Robb & Robb LLC has obtained (1) the highest non-confidential settlement in a wrongful death case in U.S. history ($100 million (2024)), and (2) the highest non-confidential settlement in a single personal injury case in U.S. history ($100 million (2018)). Last year, after a three month trial in New York City, the firm won a $116 million jury verdict, the highest verdict for a single wrongful death in New York State history.

In this lecture, Andrew C. Robb & Brittany Robb will share the common threads in their approach that have led to the Firm's numerous record-setting results. This lecture will focus on how maximizing damages is a deliberate, focused, and principled process that can be applied in any case—and one that begins well before voir dire.
