David DeRubertis

Framing Your Employment Case

Following a lecture on the importance of framing your case in a way that makes trial easier and more effective, David will lead a group brainstorming participatory workshop session to discover the “good facts” and “bad facts,” and then strategize with the participants how to frame their cases and develop persuasive theories and themes. This participatory workshop will require attendees to email David in advance of the workshop with information about the case they want to work on during the workshop which will include a factual summary of the case, the key characters, the “best” and the “worst” facts and then certain key documents. During the workshop, participants will have their case reviewed for a brief framing section on their specific case.
