Finding Your Damages Case

Damages are a key part of any personal injury trial.The ways you think about and present your client’s damages can make a world of difference.This breakout session is designed to help you get beyond the specials and think about your client’s more powerful, human damages.

We will discuss techniques designed to help you develop and present your best damages case.Topics will include looking for damages evidence in unexpected places and weaponizing defense positions to add strength to your case.

After some initial discussion, participants will be asked to share a working case with the group, including their best and most concerning facts.This is breakout group is designed to be an interactive roundtable to help you work through tough issues and think about your client’s damages in new and potentially powerful ways.
