This is an exclusive case-specific workshop where you get to rehearse your next constructive cross. This isn’t just another prep session; it’s a strategic deep-dive to uncover new angles and eliminate holes in your narrative before you set foot in the courtroom. You’ll walk in not just prepared, but armed with innovative tactics and newfound confidence.

Meet Steve Hohman and Olivia Espinosa. We’ve been cross-examined over 1,200 times- facing attorneys in 30 states, Canada, and the UK. We’re not your run-of-the-mill instructors or trial consultants. We're seasoned actors, directors and educators. Since 2022, we've consulted on cases that have culminated in awards totaling over $32 million.

How it Works:

Before the event:

- You will be required to attend two zoom meetings.

Meeting 1: Meet the group and go over the info we’ll need for your case.

Meeting 2: Follow up to go over the logistics of the witness you’d like to cross.

During the workshop:

-Each participant will have up to 15 min. to cross their witness- with Steve or Olivia playing the role realistically.

-In addition, you’ll be tasked to develop and cross 15 min. of another participant’s witness based on a brief summary of the case.

Prerequisite: Must already have a working knowledge and use of constructive cross techniques.
