In recent years, Robb & Robb LLC has obtained (1) the highest non-confidential settlement in a wrongful death case in U.S. history ($100 million (2024)), and (2) the highest non-confidential settlement in a single personal injury case in U.S. history ($100 million (2018)). Last year, after a three month trial in New York City, the firm won a $116 million jury verdict, the highest verdict for a single wrongful death in New York State history.
