I am an Oklahoma product, except for a year in Uruguay as an exchange student when I was 18 years old. While an undergrad, I was a flight instructor (CFII-ME) and charter pilot. Before law school, I worked as a CPA and management consultant for an international firm. I divide my time between Oklahoma and Colorado; the airplane makes that easy. The firm I started thirty years ago focuses on complex cases. We emphasize fundamentals and trial preparation at every step. Dissatisfied with our focus group participants, we formed a company ten years ago to do direct mail solicitation of active voters to participate in our focus groups. I am licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. My firm does professional liability (medical, legal, accounting), securities, insurance bad faith, oil & gas, and personal injury cases. In my spare time, I ski, wake surf, golf, scuba dive, travel, and enjoy the mountains.
