Great cross is a combination of strategy and delivery. This presentation is focused on BOTH. You will see how to master the fundamental skills of cross:

1. Looping

2. Crossing in the Present tense

3. Dropping tag lines; “right, correct, isn’t it true, true, etc.”

4. Dropping filler words like; “and, um, so, ok, etc”

5. Effectively using a flip chart to anchor your points

6. Controlling your emotional state

7. Speaking more slowly, pacing

8. Breathing intentionally

9. Bringing the jury in

10. Using your hand to pace the witness’s answers

Participants must PREPARE. There are two Zoom meetups where you will get some virtual practice reps. This workshop is limited to six participants.
