Hi, I’m Courtney Clark—Firm Director at Zaner Law and the unofficial “IT girl” around the office. I can do just about everything except argue a case, take a depo, or do any of the things that require an actual law license (minor detail, right?). But if you need the place running smoothly, people taken care of, and about a dozen things juggled at once—I’m your girl.

Zaner Law is a major part of my life and a huge part of who I am. It’s more than just where I work—it’s something I’ve poured my heart into building, growing, and helping lead every single day. I’m passionate about creating a culture where people feel supported, clients feel cared for, and excellence is the standard.

Beyond running the day-to-day at the firm, I’m deeply involved in the legal community—speaking at conferences across the country about leadership, law firm operations, and the ever-evolving legal world. When I’m not at the firm, I’m out promoting CaseLab, building connections through Justice HQ, and surrounding myself with driven, like-minded people who believe collaboration beats competition every time.

My faith is a huge part of who I am and how I lead. It keeps me grounded through the chaos of business, motherhood, and everyday life, while constantly reminding me to lead with grace, kindness, and purpose. I believe people matter, relationships matter, and there’s always room to encourage and uplift those around you.

Outside of work, I’m usually Ubering my kids around town, juggling endless extracurricular activities, and trying to remember where I left my coffee. I’m a Pilates and fitness junkie who genuinely loves movement, a challenging workout, and anything that keeps both my mind and body strong. Bonus points if it’s followed by a great meal and an even better glass of wine.

Giving back is also incredibly important to me. I love donating my time to charities and causes that make a real difference, especially opportunities that bring women together in meaningful ways. One of my favorite passion projects is Coffee with the Girls—a space for connection, encouragement, conversation, and community over a really great cup of coffee.

I love food, I love people, and I really love bringing both together—whether it’s hosting friends around the table, networking at an event, supporting a cause I care about, or having a quick conversation in the pickup line. I’m big on connection, laughter, and real-life moments—the messy, funny, and heartfelt kind.

Life is busy, loud, and a little wild, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
