I was born in Bountiful, Utah, and later made my way to Southern Nevada, a community I am proud to call home. I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah, then received my Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. I have been practicing law since 2009, and my professional experiences have helped shape the way I connect with and serve others. I live in Henderson with my wife, Nicolle, and our three children, and being with my family is one of the most important parts of my life.

Outside of work, I am a history buff with a particular interest in 18th and 19th century American history. I am also a big sports fan and an avid golfer. Many of my weekends are spent at my children’s sporting events and dance competitions, or cheering on the University of Utah and the Vegas Golden Knights. I also value being involved in the community, including through my membership in the Nevada Justice Association and my prior service on the Henderson Social Service Board.
