Work on designing a winning frame for your case. In this workshop, we will work on framing your case to highlight key themes, discredit the defense’s narrative, and lay the groundwork for a persuasive closing argument. You’ll walk away with case specific ideas on how to control the flow of information and manage perceptions from opening statements through closing argument. This hands-on workshop will cover:
- Identifying and presenting case-defining themes
- Structuring your presentation for maximum impact
- Overcoming the defense's efforts to reframe critical evidence
- Leveraging case framing to enhance direct and cross-examinations
- Developing key frames throughout trial to setup a simple and effective closing argument
This workshop is led by Michael Karp and Robert Welcenbach who have used these techniques to achieve 7 and 8 figure verdicts. The class is limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized guidance and feedback.
