Witness preparation is the foundation for:

I will do a live demonstration of witness prep. Record it, and play it back to teach you how to do it.

Direct Examination

Direct examination of your plaintiffs and before and after witnesses makes or breaks your case.

The people we represent have been traumatically injured. They repress the pain and the loss and do their best NOT to feel anything. This is bad for damages, because a jury can’t compensate for pain and suffering they don’t feel.

I will demonstrate and teach you how to transport your witnesses, yourself, and ultimately your jurors, so they not only hear the story of what happened and how it affected your client’s life but they EXPERIENCE it.
