Cases cannot be won without evidence. This takes dedication, work, and relentless pursuit. Sometimes, you don’t even find out you have a products case until you are halfway through discovery. Many products cases are hiding in other types of cases such as medmal cases, premises cases, or general negligence cases. In this workshop, we will learn what to look for to find the products case. We will examine how to find the evidence to win the product case that you are litigating alone, without the help of the mass tort industry. Then, we will examine how best to present this evidence to a jury and to make link from the product to your client’s injury.
This workshop will cover where to look for the evidence, how to get the evidence, and how to synthesize the evidence to present it to win your case. We will show you how we have done this numerous times and how it is repeatable. This workshop is designed to provide a clear path to help you with your products case and then win it.
