9:00am – 10:00am: Let’s talk about money. This presentation stems from the TLU podcast: Sach Oliver – From Cowboy to Trial Titan with a “Magical Place” for Learning. Dan Ambrose interviewed Sach about money, and the listeners loved it. This money talk has created hundreds of lawyers reaching out, wanting to know more about money. We will discuss the true definition of assets and liabilities, how to generate positive cash flow, money landmines to avoid, a money formula for your family, and more.
10:15am – 11:15am: Sach will show you behind the business curtain of the Oliver Law Firm and teach the business principles that took a tiny law firm in rural Arkansas to a powerhouse national practice. Sach has used old-school business principles to build a successful business model that defies modern personal injury methodologies. Don’t come to this presentation if you don’t want to learn how to get big cases, have a business model to work big cases, and obtain historical results for clients.
11:30am – 12:30pm: Sach will show a series of smashing deposition video clips in cases that drove the value of the case significantly upward. This presentation is designed to show why the video is so important, how the video was obtained, and how the trial team used the video to maximize value.
