Michael Cowen will share his techniques for creating a compelling direct examination of a liability expert. He will show how to teach the jury the rules that a defendant is supposed to follow and how to structure the presentation so that the jury concludes that the defendant was negligent. He will present a live demonstration with a real trucking expert.
