Black Hat Justice – A deep dive into identifying the Black Hat in your case and methods to exploit the Black Hat to achieve maximum damages and win tough liability cases even in conservative venues.
While preparing for the “trial of his life” – a seven week trial resulting in a $39 million verdict – Al Foeckler worked with his mentor and Inner Circle member, Pat Dunphy, to employ the Black Hat Justice method to develop an opening statement and case frame for a construction case involving the wrongful death of a 15 year old boy that is still talked about in the halls of Wisconsin courthouses and commonly referred to as “The O’Donnell Park Case.” In the workshop, we will employ those same Black Hat Justice methods to develop case frames, game-changing demonstratives, safety rules in trucking cases, agreements and admissions from witnesses in depositions, and exploit defense attorney tactics (yes, the defense attorney may be the black hat in your case). You will leave the workshop not only having identified the Black Hat in your case, but also armed with methods to expose the Black Hat to the jury in order to maximize the damages in your case.
