We will use what we learned in Hour 3 to put us in the best position to neutralize the typical defenses to TBI. And what are those defenses?
1. Plaintiff received no direct blow or contact to the head.
2. Plaintiff had no loss of consciousness.
3. Plaintiff had normal GCS scores.
4. Plaintiff had negative CT scans or MRIs.
Then we will go back and look at exactly where in the opening statement we addressed these defenses.
