This course will help you develop your own set of mindset hacks and practical trial skills. Based upon a real case, you will learn how to align your case with what jurors are deciding in a complex multiple causation case by hands on practice and work.

Participants will learn to develop their own set of tools for trials through use of actual case study, trial transcripts and review of video from a trial recorded by Courtroom View Network (“CVN”). Practical exercises from neuroscience, mindfulness, NLP, to techniques used by top Olympic performers to Navy Seals will be used for hands on work to achieve massive verdicts. These techniques have resulted in multiple eight-figure jury verdicts. You will learn how to move beyond just making it through a trial to mastery of the themes and mindset of today’s jurors.
